Superfoods represents a group of nutritionally high-value foods that, with our help, will guarantee you a tasty and healthy start to the new year.
Our chef, Viliam Beňo, took the challenge of cooking food that is nutritionally valuable, healthy and fit, really seriously and prepared a menu exclusively from superfoods that will fill you up properly and thus help the body with healthy weight loss.

Vitamin cocktail
Digestion support or better function of the heart and blood vessels? This is exactly what it guarantees beets in combination with Greek yogurt, thanks to the content of potassium, magnesium or folic acid. Flax seeds despite their not very pronounced taste, they are considered a super food thanks to their high content of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. Add a handful of fresh spinach with anti-inflammatory effects and you are one step closer to your goal!
Delicious immunity
Enjoying a low-calorie dish and at the same time strengthening your immunity is a foodie jackpot! Our two main courses offer combinations of the most popular super foods. Traditional sources rely on Turkey meat as the "poorest" and healthiest source of protein in its category. Annex in the form natural rice, enriched with essential amino acids, is supplemented with vitamin K in the form celery, but also cranberries - a well-known fighter against high blood pressure or a fighter for a healthy immune system.
Superfoods vs. supertools
Not only superfoods guarantee that you will get the best from our dishes, but also a method of preparation that is gentle on the vitamins and nutrients contained.
Poaching is a method very similar to cooking, which is why people often confuse them. The main difference is that during poaching, the heat treatment of food, be it fish, meat or vegetables, is prepared below the boiling point, between 80 and 95 °C. Food prepared by poaching will retain not only its fine structure and shape, but also important, health-promoting substances.
Method under vacuum, which is used in the preparation of salmon, allows the natural taste of the raw material to be preserved and is also gentle on the contained minerals and vitamins, leaving the food healthier than with classic cooking or baking. In addition to the well-known fatty acids, salmon also has beneficial effects on the nervous and immune systems, thanks to vitamin B6 and B12. Quinoa, goji, or sweet potatoes - where to start? This perfectly balanced combination of superfoods (and tastes) contains iron, beta-carotene, vitamin A and various antioxidants, which benefit your eyes and skin, among other things.
Dessert for beauty
chia pudding it doesn't have to be just a breakfast ritual. We will convince you that it is also excellent as a dessert, after which you really have no regrets. In addition to fiber from chia seeds supporting digestion, you will definitely appreciate the additional delicious taste apricot with pomegranate, which is considered one of the most important superfoods ever, thanks to its antioxidant and anti-aging effects. In short: your skin will simply glow!
