A month full of love and passion also brings with it the holiday of St. Valentine, during which we have created a special menu for you - not only on this day, but throughout the week (February 10-14).
Our chef Viliam Beňo has prepared an original menu full of tasty and effective dishes aphrodisiac. They contain substances that act on the body in a way that evokes the most intimate desires in you.
Our special MENU within the week of APHRODIZICS includes:
♥ Couvert refers to the very first course, typically in the form of pastry with a spread. On February 14, you can enjoy homemade beetroot bread with avocado spread and beetroot salt.
Aphrodisiac: avocado. Thanks to vitamin A, protein and fatty acids, it supports the production of testosterone.
Aphrodisiac: tuna. Marine aphrodisiacs are known for supporting the production of sex hormones thanks to the content of calcium and omega-3 fatty acids.
♥ Vegetable futomaki enriched with kimchee mayonnaise and soy sauce is topped with tuna carpaccio.
♥ Our celery cappuccino served with pumpkin julienne, chili oil and baked bruschetta contains up to two aphrodisiacs. Can you guess which one?
Aphrodisiac: celery, chili. Already in ancient Egypt, celery was used to support male potency due to its beneficial effects. However, it also affects women by increasing libido and helping to relax.
♥ Both main courses contain 2 different foods known as aphrodisiacs. Tasty roast beef and sweet potatoes stuffed with cheddar are complemented by sun-dried tomatoes with potato espuma. For fish lovers, we prepared salmon wellington and baby spinach, tomatoes and leaf lettuce as garnish.
Aphrodisiac: sweet potatoes, salmon. Not only tuna, but also salmon is a well-known aphrodisiac, as fish contain arginine as well as saturated fatty acids. Sweet potatoes, as well as the aforementioned avocado, contain vitamin A, which supports not only fertility but also related hormones.
♥ True chocolate lovers will really enjoy our dessert of the week. It is nothing but different variations of homemade chocolate! Among them, for example, white chocolate granita, homemade pralines, or dark chocolate balls.
Aphrodisiac: chocolate. Dating back to the Aztecs, chocolate contains two essential chemicals that link love and intimacy – tryptophan, which makes serotonin, and phenylethylamine (a relative of amphetamine), which makes people fall in love.
Come and take advantage of this unique gastronomic offer that will put you in the right mood during the entire "Valentine's" week!
