- The company Golden Key Services, s.r.o., ID number: 56 031 173 (hereinafter referred to as the "accommodator") issues these accommodation regulations for the purpose of regulating the rights and obligations of the accommodator and accommodated guests arising from the contract for temporary accommodation in the Hotel Zlatý Kľúčik****, address: Svätourbanská 103/29, 949 01 Nitra.
- Hotel Zlatý Kľúčik**** (hereinafter referred to as the "hotel") is a public accommodation facility categorized as a **** class hotel, which provides temporary accommodation and other additional services to the public for a fee.
- The temporary accommodation contract is created by confirming the order for the provision of the customer's temporary accommodation for a certain period of time at a price in accordance with the valid hotel accommodation price list.
- The hotel can only accommodate a guest who is properly registered for accommodation. The hotel reception staff checks the reservation, verifies the payment confirmation in the reservation system or issues a bill/invoice for payment and provides accommodation to the guest.
- The guest can check in on the day of arrival from 15:00 p.m. upon presentation of a valid document certifying his identity - ID card or valid passport, online reservation confirmation or voucher. Subsequently, the hotel reception staff will issue the guest a room card (inserted in the accommodation card) or instructions for the stay (only in the case of stay packages).
- When registering the residence of foreigners, the procedure is according to special legislation.
- The hotel reception staff can accommodate the guest on the day of arrival as early as 11:00 a.m. based on the guest's request and upon payment of the early check-in fee in accordance with the valid hotel accommodation price list.
- The accommodation provider is obliged to hand over to the accommodated guest the premises reserved for accommodation in a condition suitable for proper use and to ensure the undisturbed exercise of his rights associated with temporary accommodation.
- The accommodated guest has the right to use the premises that have been reserved for him for accommodation, as well as other premises that are connected with the provision of other reserved services.
- To use the services in the SPA center, the guest can use a bathrobe and slippers, which are available directly in the room.
- Entrance to sales centers (restaurant, lobby bar, smoking lounge, wedding pavilion) in a bathrobe is not allowed.
- The guest uses the room for the duration of the stay. If interested, he can request an extension of his stay, unless another reservation is accepted for the room. He also has the right to use other services that are beyond the scope of the paid stay after a previous reservation at the hotel reception.
- If the accommodated guest notices any deficiencies, malfunctions or possible damages on the first day of arrival in the room, he is obliged to communicate these matters with the hotel reception staff in his interest. In case of failure to notify the employee, the guest is directly responsible for the resulting deficiencies.
- The guest may not make any modifications, move furniture and other equipment or carry out any other interventions in the room or in the common areas, including interventions in the electrical network and installations.
- The accommodated guest may not use their own electrical appliances, except for those used for personal hygiene or charging electronic devices.
- The guest can receive visitors only in the common areas of the hotel. Sales centers (restaurant, lobby bar, smoking lounge) and common areas of the hotel serve these purposes.
- The guest is obliged to observe cleanliness and order in the room, in the areas intended for the provision of services, as well as in other common areas of the hotel.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room and in all interior areas of the hotel, with the exception of the smoking lounge. In case of violation of the smoking ban, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the guest a one-time fee of EUR 300,00 for cleaning.
- According to $758 of the Civil Code and provision $433, the accommodation provider is responsible for those things that the guests brought into the hotel premises, as well as for the damage caused to these things, as long as they were stored in a place reserved for this purpose or where they are usually stored and on the condition that the guest has complied with all provisions of the accommodation rules, general principles of fire protection and other generally applicable principles.
- Hotel safes in the rooms are used to store guests' money and valuables.
- The hotel is only responsible for money and valuables if it has been taken over from the guest for safekeeping (on the basis of written confirmation).
- There are two outdoor unguarded parking lots located near the hotel available to staying guests. The lodger is not responsible for any damage caused to the guest's motor vehicle or for damage caused by its possible theft.
- Selected hotel employees (maid, cleaner, housekeeping manager, housekeeping supervisor, maintenance man, receptionist, reservation manager, hotel director) are authorized to enter an occupied room for the purpose of cleaning it or removing a malfunction, providing first aid, or solving a certain problem that the guest pointed out during the stay, or in case of justified suspicion of violation of the accommodation rules.
- Before leaving the room, the guest is obliged to turn off the water supply, turn off the electric lighting and any appliances and close the door.
- The guest is obliged to respect the marking of the premises, which are intended only for hotel employees.
- The guest is obliged to observe night silence from 22:00 p.m. to 06:00 a.m. in all areas of the hotel.
- When re-entering the hotel, the guest is obliged to show the accommodation card after being asked by the hotel reception staff.
- In case of illness or injury of the guest, the responsible employee of the hotel will provide or summon medical assistance.
- For safety reasons, it is not advisable to leave children under the age of 10 without the supervision of adults either in the room or in other areas of the hotel.
- Stayed guests are not allowed to take sports equipment into the rooms, for which a special space is reserved (bicycles, skis, etc.).
- Dogs and other animals may be in the hotel premises only with the consent of a responsible hotel employee (receptionist on duty, reservation manager, hotel director) or on the basis of a prior agreement between the guest and the hotel, provided that the guest proves their medical fitness. If the guest does not report the presence of dogs and/or other animals at the hotel reception, the hotel is entitled to charge the guest a fine of EUR 200,00 for each individual animal and night. The price for accommodation of the animal is charged according to the valid price list of the hotel. The following measures apply to the accommodation of dogs and other animals:
- dogs and other animals are prohibited from entering and staying in those areas where food is stored and prepared, or where food and drinks are served (kitchen, restaurant, lobby bar, smoking lounge, wedding pavilion),
- dogs and other animals are prohibited from entering the SPA premises,
- in all common areas of the hotel, every dog must be on a lead and must have a muzzle,
- dogs and other animals must not be allowed to rest - lie on the bed or other equipment used for resting guests,
- inventory that serves to prepare or serve food to guests must not be used to feed animals,
- in case of any damage to the hotel equipment by an animal, the guest is obliged to pay the damage in full. The owner of the animal and the guest who allowed the animal to stay in the room and/or hotel are fully responsible for the animal.
- Mail for sending from accommodated guests is received by the hotel reception staff, who ensures that it is sent.
- The guest is obliged to leave and clean the room on the last day of the stay no later than 11:00 a.m., unless it is a stay in which the check-out date is determined differently. Leaving the room until 14:00 (late check-out) is possible based on the guest's request and after paying the late check-out fee. If the guest uses the room without prior request from the hotel reception staff after the regular check-out time (after 11:00 a.m.), he may be charged the price of the room for the next night.
- After the end of the hotel stay, the guest is obliged to hand over the card from the room and pay the price of all the services provided, which were used beyond the scope of the paid stay against the bill/invoice issued.
- If the guest forgets personal belongings in the room and this matter is only addressed after the guest has checked out at the hotel reception, the accommodation provider will contact the guest immediately and keep the forgotten belongings for 30 days from the day of departure. Sending things by post is only possible in special cases after prior agreement with the guest.
- The guest is responsible for all damages caused to the hotel's property, which he caused by his actions - intentionally or due to negligence. He is obliged to compensate the damage in money according to the price at the time of the damage, at the latest after the end of his stay in the hotel. - In case of loss of the room card, the guest is obliged to report this loss immediately at the hotel reception.
- When making a complaint about the services provided, the guest is obliged to proceed in accordance with the Complaints Procedure, which can be found at the hotel reception.
- In case of any suggestions for improving the hotel's services, it is necessary to contact the hotel reception staff.
- The price list for accommodation and other hotel services is available at the hotel reception.
- Cancellation conditions and fees are part of the general terms and conditions. Accommodation tax is charged in accordance with applicable legislation.
- The evacuation order is placed in a visible place in the rooms.
- The host reserves the right to interrupt the stay of guests whose behavior threatens the good manners and safety, health, or property of other guests of the hotel. The same procedure also applies to guests with excessive alcohol consumption, the use of narcotic and psychotronic substances, and repeated disturbances of the night's peace.
- The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of the accommodation rules and fire regulations. In case of gross violation, the accommodation provider has the right to withdraw from the temporary accommodation contract before the agreed time has expired.
