We are glad that you and your pet have decided to stay at the Zlatý Klucik hotel. During your stay, please observe the following points:
- Accommodation is only possible with a pet up to 8 kg or height 20 cm, short-haired breed.
- Pets must always be on a lead in public areas.
- For accommodation with a pet, priority is reserved for apartments in the hotel's annex or standard rooms.
- Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and SPA premises.
- The pet must not stay in the room alone (without a person present).
- While the hotel maid is cleaning the room, the pet must not be in the room.
- The fee for a pet's stay at the hotel is €30/night.
- If the room is damaged, you will be charged compensation for the destroyed inventory.
