The Golden Menu concept consists of three courses - soup, a choice of two main dishes and dessert. Chef Viliam Beňo and his team create a menu based on traditional recipes, especially with an emphasis on the freshness of the ingredients. Meals are prepared to reflect current gastronomic trends.
